Payment & collection
PAYINGWe receive payment either by concealed cash or bank transfer. For concealed cash, please take note that we are not responsible if your cash is lost through mail. Bank Transfer: You may transfer your money to us. Account number will be sent to you when you confirmed your order. Concealed Cash 1. Must include the total cost of items. (and postage fee if applies) 2. We only send out purchase after receiving payment. 3. Not responsible if payment or purchase got lost during transaction. ** Paying is seperated into two parts to make it more clear and less confusing for you. There will be a first payment, somewhat like a deposit. It will be the total price of what you have ordered. There will be no extra handling fee or whatsoever. First payment could be collected either through bank transfer or concealed cash. The second payment, which includes the shipping fee from HongKong to Singapore, will be needed before you get your goods. Depending on the weight of your purchase, your shipping fee would be calculated. For 1 piece of clothing, it should be appoximately $3.50. Cotton Cardigan are lighter (cheaper), whereas Leather Jackets are heavier (higher price). If a particular batch or spree has more cappings, shipping fee is cheaper too. Second payment could be collected either through bank transfer, concealed cash, or when you collect your goods through meetups. If you wish to have your goods sent through postage, please note that there will be extra postage fee charged on your second payment, and could only be made by the former two options. COLLECTING For collection of goods, we can either do meetups, or through postage. We recommend meetups as it reduces the chances of lost goods. Meet Ups: We currently have different free meet up locations. Yew Tee / Jurong East / Harbour Front / Dhoby Ghaut / Bugis You can choose the one that is more convenient for you and inform us of your choice. This will be further confirmed with you through email. Any other locations requires a charge of $1. !** If you suddenly could not make it for the allocated meeting time, please give us prior notice at least 2 hours before. !** Punctuality is also greatly appreciated. !** For people that could not be contacted, we'll help you hold the goods for 7~10 days or we reserve the rights to claim your purchase.
